Ease with Empress @ Cultivate 712

As we (Movement Empress) enter our final moments here at Providencia we want to share an opportunity of movement and mindfulness with you. We've done movement and heard your voice, for those of you still feeling into their body, confidence, and tuning into your spiritual sense of self. We are hosting a gentle candle-lit yoga flow named 'Ease with Empress' an ideal session to recover and prepare for the week ahead. Due to popular demand, we have relocated from the warm heart of Providencia, to Cultivate 712 (just a few turns up the road) to allow space for more humans to participate. if you are ready to step forth toward their goals of body confidence, and sisterhood, and add a moment of ease with your flow don't hesitate to join!
